Why gamers don't buy a game because it is for another console?

Another train of logic that is less console centric and more game-centric goes as follows:

Not my fav console = Console I not own.

My fav game not on Console I own. Must have fav game... must have console I not own. Console I not own not my fav console. Must buy not my fav console. Sucks... but need fav game. Will buy.

In other words, useful thread not pointless because useful thread bring new logic.

Not sure if serious.... As I said before buying a console for just one game is just plain stupidity.

On the other hand if you are kind of "fanatic" of that game then logic and reason do not apply.

Fan = This game is awesome!!

Fanatic = ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG, ZOMG!! I can not live without this game. I will sell my kidney to buy the ultra deluxe mega expensive Gold edition of the game twice. ¬_¬
