I'm baffled that no one has caught up with this yet?!?!. A key item that increases Shiny likelihood :-O. It's still in the 1 to 2k's probability, but still, a key item that increases Shiny likelihood :-O. 

This and the ability to auto replenish Repel status on the fly (a question is asked on your screen once a repel runs out) is probably the best news I've heard about B&W 2 so far XD.

Wait... what?! I'm so buying this game just for that reason!
