Man stupid decision by Activision. Radical may have lost a little money with Prototype 2, yes it might be time to side line the IP. Though I still loved the IP I cant see it making the jump to next generation the budget would need to be far higher then sales could support. However Radical was one of Activisions most talented development teams at nobody was better at open world sand box games then Radical. Activision should have assigned them another license either an internal one or a license from another source. The studio was amazing at what they did and they simply should have been directed to another IP.
What a waste of a perfectly good studio. If only they had been independent then someone could have rescued them!
