And I'll let you know that thousands of show have licensed tissues. Even Sengoku Basara has licensed tissues, mouse pads, stickers, figures, etc. It's not a Senran Kagura, but pretty much all anime-inspired material. Just taken a bit and look at AmiAmi or Hobby Search

Seriously, which games - including the DS ones that popped your head? Even for  other systems is rare - I really don't know any... imagine it getting released on the 3DS... zero chances.

 

The entire Dead or Alive (and Rumble Roses) series is much worse, as is the most recent Ar Tonelico. I would say that SRW OG for the DS has just as much bouncing boobs as Senran Kagura. Record of Agarest War (original, Zero, and the upcoming 2) is super tame and still has just as much fanservice as Senran Kagura. The upcoming Mugen Souls blows Senran Kagura out of the water and you could also make a strong case for Code of Princess which has *gasp* boobs in it too.

Certain Soul Calibur characters also make strong cases. Fate/Extra is another title with VN elements and more fanservice. I don't even really need to go into the 2D fighters made by Arc System Works (GG, BlazBlue). Bayonetta is another title that comes to mind. Haunting Ground (PS2) has enough bouncing and silliness to be up there with DoA. I almost forgot about Hyperdimension Neptunia which certainly falls into this category. I also wonder what you think about things like Lolipop Chainsaw and No More Heroes?

I'm not even using Western games which has their cases of fanservice.

Cero D games that came over for the DS are minimal, actually I think Dementium is the only one. And that was terror/violence... which is much more accepted than sex.

Anyway, I don't think any of those games you said even come close to Senran Kagura, but it's ok. Let's not go any further into that and agree to disagree.
