here is Nintendo's first and second party developers

First-party: Brownie Brown • EAD • Intelligent Systems • Monolith Soft • NST • Retro Studios • SPD

Second Party: AlphaDream • Ambrella • Game Freak • Genius Sonority • HAL Laboratory • Noise

Anything not developed by these companies are third party ie Mario and Sonic at Olympics was a Sega title ;)
