Those choices are all positive, if it were a positive one then it would be FFIX feeling like you can explore a whole town at the beginning in intricate detail. (Obvously not actually true but when you're young you don't realise).
My preferred choice would be hearing Tidus tell you "his story" and think what kind of transexuallized nancy boy, monstrosity of a person was capable of such voice acting.
Baring in mind this was one of the first voiced over JRPGs I encountered, so it's a given now.
EDIT - Just seen the actual post contained the word "favourite" but the topic title was "memorable". Well mine is based on "memorable".
