Why do people hate on Mario?

A number of those are debatable, based on preferences.  I don't think Piccross or Wrecking Crew stinks.  And Super Mario Bros. 2 isn't in keeping with other Mario platformers, and was another game, but was it bad?

Anyways from what I played warioware and mario party were not exactly quality games
