The same company makes M3 and R4, I read somewhere.
Just an interesting note.
Anyhow, as long as Nintendo uses flash carts, there will be a higher percentage of their users pirating their games. But 90% is absolutely ridiculous. 90% of pirates using the R4 sounds more right, but I still doubt it's quite that high.
I can also vouch that I'm the only person I know that has an R4 (used for playing NES/SNES games and movies, and for cutting down on carts that I carry around - of games I already own), and I know QUITE a few DS owners.
