Wouldn't want a like button without a dislike to counter it. If 2000 people read a comment and 5 agree with it and 'like' it with no way for the rest who disagree to counter it (other than a comment of course) it can give a pretty skewed perception. The only problem with a dislike button is when it gives you a negative rating which trolls love. A dislike button that takes you back to a neutral rating is fine (and necessary imo).
