I have a Vita WiFi.
Spending $20/month for online on a dedicated gaming handheld is a waste of money for me if you want me to be honest. Even more so when you realize that the data is limited. I can just put my phone into WiFi tethering mode and have my WiFi Vita leech off of it if I really need internet access on the go with the Vita. 
Oh yeah, Vita is also way too big for me to use as a phone, haha. I remember thinking the Galaxy Note was cool the first time I played around with one. Next time I saw it I thought "Wow, this thing is way too big".
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
