Wow, this thread is full of so much misinformation it is ridiculous.
I am a mormon, and as many of the people in this thread that ACTUALLY KNOW mormons have said, we arent dangerous, we arent a cult. Just like any other religion we just try our best to live a good life. Our religion preaches family values, hard work, and christs teachings. There isnt some grand conspiracy, we are just people trying to live up to christs teachings the best we can.
Anybody can write a book and tell a one sided story, but knowing one side doesnt mean you know the whole story. Also, anybody can write a book or post a video citing outright lies, doesnt mean they are right. Point is, dont believe everything you find on the internet, go find out for yourself. That includes what i have said. My advice? Go talk to an actual lds member in real life, wecan answer any questions or misconceptions you might have.
