Can Skyrim reach 10 million on the Xbox 360 alone?

Game of the decade. It deserves those sales and more.

I am not saying it does not. But there where games far better then Skyrim The Witcher 2 was better imo but is not suited for the American Market.

I doubt it, more like the Witcher 2 is unknown to the American market. PC gamers are certainly a minority here which is probably the main reason it is unknown since the 1st was pc only.  The next game on my list of games.
