Best Way does, they have only ever made PC games and they are basically taking their PC exclusive real time tactics engine and making an RPG with it. 1C the publisher mostly does PC exclusive games as well as they are a Russian company that makes sense.
Then there are the dozzens of other PC exclusive RPGs comming like Wasteland 2, Shadowrun Returns (well I guess it's also comming to tablets but they are kinda PCs), Legend of Eisenwald, Torchlight II, Diablo III, Krater, Dead State, Grim Dawn, Divinity: Original Sin and probably a bunch of other PC exclusive RPGs that have been recently released or are in production. That is not including MMOs of course, I mean they are are not AAA productions or anything but there are a bunch of them.
