Every co. does it.
Nintendo has created new ips, this gen alone Disaster, Endless ocean, Xenoblade, The Wii series etc.
Just because you dont like them or even know them doesnt mean they are not there
.
Simply acusing only Nintendo of milking series is just either bias or lack of knowledge.
All devs do it.
