I agree, but for other reasons that could be seen quite obviously.
*glances at name, then at game collection, then at avatar* Yeahhhh... I'm a Rol just with less hardcore(?) opinions. 
My 3DS has perfect everything, though. I guess you are just "FUCKING unlucky." Maybe Nintendo hates where you live and they sent all the bad 3DS's over there?
