What do you mean "meh"? This is the consensus summary RT put up "It may not live up to the lofty standards of the Pixar brand, but Brave offers young audiences and fairy tale fans a rousing, funny fantasy adventure with a distaff twist -- and surprising depth."
"rousing" "funny" "with a... twist" "surprising depth" are not words and phrases you ascribe to a meh movie. I'm picking it will be way better than Cars 2 and a 74%, 6.8/10 average is far from meh in the rotten tomatoes scheme of things.
Based on RT score this is a very good movie, just not one of the greats.
