every country has beautiful girls, if i would think otherwise i would be a racist wouldn't i? someone can prefer girls from one or another country but personal preference doesn't mean that girls from lebanon are uglier or nicer than girls from russia
so yes, they are. like girls from other countries as well. if i like them? no clue, don't know a lot about girls from lebanon but i had a teacher from there 15 years or so ago and he said he personally thinks guys from lebanon are assholes lol (he was great btw)
