I don't think so. I like the idea of bigger screens, but one of my favourite features of 3DS is Street Pass; and it will be somewhat awkward to use that when the thing probably won't fit in my pocket.
What I would really like is a skinner model of the current 3DS, something which is Smartphone sized.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
