Sakurai's still the head of it. Given the likely scope of the project, Sora may not be big enough to handle this by itself.
So yes. Yes, I'm going to assume that Namco are code monkeys - or, at the least, on an incredibly tight leash, ala Retro with Metroid Prime (the first)
