Metal Gear Rising: Revengence. It's a hack and slash/shooter hybrid game from the makers of Vanquish, the best of the genre.
Damn Underappreciated Platnium Games.
Also Pandora's Tower, but I dunno if it will be localized in Americas. I can't imagine localization being difficult though, XenoBlade just ported the UK voices.
