Sakurai's reasoning behind Fox-Falco-Wolf moveset?

well some people like me love clones, i absolutely love falco and luigi over mario and fox. And I think i couldlove wolf... i dunno if hes not too slow he could be great because im already used to that moveset with falco. I think its great that he is a clone
