That puts them at 10.49 million shipped LTD as of Dec 31. VGChartz has sell-through of 9.17 million as of Jan 5th, so around 1.5 million on retailer shelves.
They've revised down their fiscal year forecast to 9.5 million, so expecting to ship 2.58 million in Q4 (calendar Q1).
