Not sure about Vita, I think it'll be somewhere in the teens though.

3DS is really the big one, how much will a DS game boost the 3DS? It's a good thing it has full backwards compatibility with the DSi. (unlike the Vita)

Normally no.
But for Vita, I believe this game is its Mario Kart... for better or worse. For some time it'll be the must buy game, but that's just me guesstimating - but I'm on a good streak!
