I agree with him.  I mean it won't be nearly as bad as wii to ps3, but when you have RPGs with these huge stories and lore, graphics play an important part.  I mean; wouldn't you want the best possible graphics when watching frequent and long cutscenes? Or traveling around the world and towns?

If you really want "the best possible graphics," why would you agree with Turkish that it should be on PS4? Naturally, a game developed for PC could really let loose with truly amazing graphics. It probably wouldn't be able to run on even next-gen consoles -- certainly not at full settings, anyway -- but at least it'll have the best possible graphics.
