Sazzy_D, beating it without using a continue is quite the feat! I'm pretty sure after a while of playing though it I could pull it off, but I know if would be tough. If you can beat normal without a continue, I'm excited to see how well you'll do in the 2nd difficulty mode.
The 2nd difficulty starts when your first game ends. If you look at the stage #, instead of saying "1" it says something like "Stage 19" (not on my Wii atm).
