Xbox Surface Details and Specs?

I hope if they do make this that it has a physical d-pad or stick on the surface + a few buttons at least.

EDIT: That seems to detail specs for both an XBox Tablet and a "stationary computing device" -- ie: XBox 720 (12 core IBM CPU + AMD 28nm GCN GPU + 5GB DDR3 + 1.2 GDDR5 video RAM).
