I completed my first marathon yesterday in 4 hours 30 minutes and 26 seconds.
My time at the half way mark was 1 hour and 52 minutes and 30 seconds. 

Sodium depletion resulted in my leg cramps that slowed me down in the second half. I had to walk and jog most of the second half.

With more training I could hopefully improve upon my fitness and stamina. I admit I did not train for the marathon and I thought I could run/jog the whole way. 

PB for half marathon by 5 minutes and completion of my first marathon.
