I am constantly ready for change and progression. We grew up in a world that constantly does this to us, so I'm surprised more people haven't been raised to push for growth and change, or at least expect it.
Not that it's a bad thing. All you need to make sure of is that you don't grow into one of those old geezers who talks about how future rock stars are the devil. :P
