The show is about these two guys that always compete against each other and the loser has to do a humiliation, this episode is called whos the better parent. It shows these guys getting two dolls that are as identical as can be to a baby. One guy takes great care of it and treats it like a real baby and the other guy is like fuck it, it's a doll and throws it off a bridge and covers it in break while a bunch of pidgeons peck at it and does other horrible things while this doll is bawling away. Sounds horrible (and there a reason for him doing all this, a very clever reason) but I laughed my ass off the whole episode, the point I'm making is it's not real, it's a doll as long as you know it's not real and there is no harm being done it's really fine.
