You can laugh about him. He is the most awesome person who is working for the PR (I think he is the PR, he has talked a lot about PS3) of any gaming company.

You guys have no idea about him, that's why you think it's arrogance, or some kind of superiority complex. The guy is one of a kind.

no i don't think that, i just say an important guy for a huge company replying to a troll on twitter (was it twitter?) if it's about the competitors product compared to the own product is a joke if it comes to that. no clue what he is doing otherwise.

there is a reason why you don't see other companies doing it. if it would be smart, they would all do it.
