2012 the year of gaming disapointments, or are gamers expectations too high?

If those were all the most anticipated games, then I think gamers' expectations aren't high enough. If they had bought Binary Domain, Dragon's Dogma, and Gravity Rush like I did, they wouldn't be sitting around crying about how disappointed they are right now.
