I seriously doubt the initial Wii U SKU will include anything other than one Game Pad and Nintendo Land as the prerequisite pack in title/tech demo.
Adding an optional Pro controller and/or Wii Remote set isn't going to add an additional $50 worth of value in the mind of the typical buyer.
That said, the Wii U will end up selling similar to the Xbox 360 its inaugural year at best if it's anything above $299.99.
