Good question, and thanks for removing the </thread> tag otherwise we couldn't have continued.
I'm not sure what the geosensor is, but from what I understood it was not GPS, and it was magnetic. But it was in one of the E3 videos, and I can't find it :(
What I did understand is that it's the HW behind the neat trick of superimposing the two screen images to match, and being able to see the 3D world from your tabled by turning it in angles away from the TV (by rotating around yourself).
NFC it has, but that's not a differentiator in this smartglass debate.
Other than that Luke, I really do not know. The force is strong in you though.
