Lots. Sonic, Metroid, Castlevania, Dead Rising, Devil May Cry, Shinobi, Lost Planet, Dead to Rights...

I haven't played a single one of those, I guess the quality drops I've seen in some Japanese IP's is purely down to the Japanese developers then. I had a gut feeling Resident Evil 5 was developed in the West, but I guess not.
