Nintendoland looks like it will be either pre-installed or bundled with the game to me. If it's pre-installed, they can potentially bundle Mario U with it, but Mario is good enough on its own to sell millions of consoles so who knows. The mini-games of Nintendoland seem necessary for the WiiU to me, so I think it'll be bundled. At least to reduce the damage 3rd Parties will take when competing against 3 Nintendo IPs simultaneously. Because let's face it, the only 3rd Party that will come close to outselling Mario will be AC3.
