I don't think Sony can really afford to drop the price on the Vita.

I think they're hoping that COD and Assassin's Creed will push units.

Personally I don't think either of those will sell that many units. Most gamers would rather play the console versions instead.

Sony was probably banking on Uncharted to sell a boatload of Vitas.

If Uncharted couldn't sell a ton Vitas, then I highly doubt PSBAR or Sly Cooper Will.

I predict the Vita is going to be vastly overshadowed by Halo 4, the 3DS, and Wii-U this holiday season.

Xbox 360 will dominate holiday season once again.

And i dont see people buying Cod Vita over Black Ops 2 for 360 or lets say Ps3.

Then Forza Horizon wich looks amazing and of course the Beast Halo 4 wich is gonna be insane.

3DS will do great numbers and i dont know about Wii-U seriously im not convinced.

Still dont know why Sony doesnt have any games for Ps3 this holidays since Last os Us isnt 2012 neither is God of War or Beyond. They have those small games but those aint system sellers or big guns while Microsot has Forza Horizon and Halo 4 and Timed Exclusive shit for Black Ops 2 and RE6 Sony doesnt seem to care about Ps3 this holidays, seems they are going all out with Vita and Call of Duty/Assassins Creed exclusives.

1. In America?  Definitely. Worldwide? I say the PS3 will win again this year.
2. They don't have to choose. They are 2 different games. They can buy both. You may not know this, but not every Vita owner also has a PS3. COD will gain a completely different audience on the Vita.(if marketed correctly)
3.  Forza Horizon isn't anything special. Besides Forza 4 just came out last year. Didn't really sell very well. Considering Horizon is a spin-off, it will sell worse.
4. Yup. 3DS will definitely sell way more than Vita. 
5. Sony does have games for PS3. Playstation All-Stars, LBP Karting and Sly are the most notable. Then there's the huge multiplats like Black Ops 2, Assasssin's Creed 3(which gets a PS3 bundle on Day 1), Resident Evil 6 and Medal of Honor...etc. This will be a huge holiday for PS3 and the first holiday for the Vita which should really push the install base.

1 - For what i remember Xbox was 1st Worldwide on holiday season last year, counting everything as a whole of course.

2 - Sure they have to Choose, most Vita owners also own a Ps3 and i do think they will rather play the superior version of the Game.

3 - Forza Horizon looks amazing, sounds amazing and will be the best open world racer/best looking game out there.

Plus Forza 4 sold well. 2M is pretty damn good and stills selling.

4 - Of course 3Ds is going to sell more, it has Mario and those kind of games.

5 - Yes, they have games and im not saying these games are bad because they might be awesome but they are not Blockbusters tittles that Sony will brag about sales and awards and stuff like that unlike MS with Forza Horizon and Halo 4. But of course they will have those crazy multi plats and i believe once again Call of Duty will move thousands of Ps3s and 360s.

1.  Yeah 360 sold most on the holidays, but what really matters is yearly totals. Anyone can sell millions of something with tons of advertising. The real accomlishment is when you can sell your product without an overload of advertisements.

2. No, they don't have to choose. Black Ops II and Black OPs Declassified are different games. If you are a fan you will buy both. If you only have a Vita, you'll only buy Declassified.

3. That's your opinion and is irrelevant in regards to sales. It's no secret that the racing genre isn't what it used to be.

4. Sure.

5. You are seriously over-rating this franchise. Sure it has great review scores in the 90s but the sales just aren't blockbuster level. How do you know All-Stars or LBP Karting won't win awards? LIttleBigPlanet is a highly rated franchise and its sales are comparable to those of Forza. All-Stars has HUGE potential.
