| BasilZero said: In my opinion, the system itself doesnt need a price cut, its perfectly priced the way it is, the PSP was released on 249.99 back in 2005, 7 years have passed and the price of the Vita is 249.99 for the wifi bundle while the 3G is 299.99 unless you go for the multigame bundles. So imo, the system is priced fair....however the memory cards should absolutely get a price cut, 100 dollars for a 32 gig memory card that cant be used by any other device other than the Vita? Absolute garbage decision made by Sony on that, its as bad as their decision to not showcase the PSVita game montage. |
I think one would have to say that the price of the system is actually 270.
When you bought a PSP in 2005 you were able to play any game on the system and save it because it came with a 32MB card. You coud also update the firmware. For the Vita, you need to get a memory card to play all of the games, save them, and update. The cheapest starts at 4GB for 20.
