Really? I doubt even all 4 combined are that much...
Anyway the 8gigs is supposed to be used for Apps and game saves and possibly small updates.
The kind of person who would buy DLC would probably buy a large hard drive anyway. So no point in including a small 160gig HDD when most will replace it with something bigger.
