I think this hall started with changing the site up. Change, then change again the next year, then again the nxt year, and now again. Not sure if you are making or losing money with all your changes, but you did lose a lot of active customers. They are now members on other sites, where they have found homes and learned to enjoy. People like to blame many things, but the original culprit of why the site went down is more change. Last year before any of the new active members were active a bunch of big members left. Same thing happened with the change before that. Long story short.... make your current active members happy before you try to save or bring back those who left or are leaving. |
It's not general change. It's how it's changed. Some change is good. Some is bad.
