The fact that Sony massively expanded the industry probably doesn't count for leadership either.  

Sony massively expanded before of course...but this a topic about 2012.  Someone alluded to Move not being a blatant copy, which is false.

Why hasn't Sony been sued? I like all the accusations Nintendo fans have been throwing around these past days saying Sony just blatantly copies. You said it yourself, they don't copy, they improve and expand upon. It only does everything.

Well, those things are neither leadership, nor innovation.  They are following trends and trying to improve upon them.  They are part of doing business, but they don't fit into the idea of leadership or innovation.
