Looks great, very cinematic. But personally I am not digging the cinematic blur, it just looks washed out and well blurry.

Hopefully that is just the stream tho

Watch Dogs looks better in some aspects but worse than others, but I will give it a nod for being apparently somewhat open world rather than super linear. They both look great, and it's good to see some games really taking advantage of modern PC hardware and rendering. I assume Watch Dogs is UE3 as well (Star Wars is), as it looks similar to Samaritan in a lot of ways, has the same APEX clothing on the coat, the same wet surface effects and lighting looks similar, seems to have had the image based reflections (lights/enviroment are reflected but the cars don't seem to be and you can see environment light reflections under cars) and DoF turned off tho.
