Isn't that interface kind of like the one used by the DSi and 3DS though...

As for the second part. Both of those are coyhing Twitter.

1) 3-4-3. Looks almost identical to the Vita one. 3DS interface does not look a lot like that.

2) I am not familiar with how Twitter apps look. Doesn't matter, Nintendo has been found guilty of blatantly copying. This is an OUTRAGE!


I didn't just say the 3DS or DSi. I couldn't remember which. I also said the Wii itself.

Yeah, Nintendo is guilty of copying smart phones and social networking sites with that one. I'll give you that. I expected it from Sony but not from them.
