The Last Guardian they simply couldn't show because its development is in deep trouble.

And much less casual, platform integration, sports, music and such meaningsless stuff that MS had in their embarrasing show.

I think it was a solid Sony conference. 6/10.

I'm actually really disappointed in Ascension

All the enemy types shown so far are reskins of existent enemies from throughout the series - yes, the cool-looking oliphaunt is a cyclops - and Kratos's particular brand of brutality doesn't have the same sort of novelty it used to

I think God of War 3 may have burned out that part of my brain, or maybe Ascension just feels really samey

Oh. But I have only little experience with the old God of Wars so everything is new to me, everything that wasn't in GoW 3.

Kratos's brutality, no it hasn't got the novelty any more but for me it works almost like some kind of comedy. His extreme anger is in an over the top way funny.
