The lawsuit is bullshit. but the good thing is, Take Two doesn't have to pay A LOT for this, I've seen company going bankrupt because some money grabbing hag sued them (and no, I don't mean Hilary Clinton here). ;)
*shrugs*, this just the way American is, mix the bad with the good, I suppose.
