If you can't fix it then you can switch Youtube to HTML5 video and just not use Flash elsewhere. There are few sites that require Flash outright. For the things like that gametrailers, have IE or something else as a backup you can use just for Flash. I have four browsers installed and there have been plenty of times where I've tried each and only one works for a certain website.
