Actually, if a beta tester leaked info to her, it's very possible. I have worked on 5 betas and you are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Guess what? One jackass in the Test Drive Unlimited Beta put his beta copy of the game on eBay. Another ripped it and tried to put it up for downloads.
The game is far along enough that a tester could leak some info, though the product *may* be less than polished. However, based on the screen shots, the game is rather close.
