ufos? well, I'm sure there IS stuff up there that we don't know what it is, but I don't think they would be aliens visiting Earth. (and ALL the alien-abduction stories are PURE CRAP. If you wanted to study an intelligent species but not let them know you exist, WTH would you let your "specimen" go? I mean, we ARE intelligent and we ARE going to tell our friends about the aliens...)

Also, you've got to think about the amount of energy/time it would take for an alien civilization to explore our solar system. Assuming life is common in the universe, it's doubtful that our civilization is very unique in its level of technology (though perhaps our rate of advance in recent years is), so why would an alien want to visit us? what's the point?
I don't think some people realize how much energy it takes to travel interstellar distances in a reasonable amount of time. Using "KE=1/2mv^2", it would take 1,800,000,000,000,000 joules of energy to accelerate a 5000 kg spacecraft to 20% of the speed of light or 126,000,000,000,000,000 joules to accelerate the same spacecraft to 75% of C and that's not even accounting for relativity. (The second figure is enough energy to run a 100 Watt lightbulb for more than 400,000,000,000 years!!!) Yeah, that's quite an energy investment that any aliens would have to think about before exploring Earth.

so no, I don't believe in UFOs

Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it
