The first thing you're (we're) going to have to upgrade is that GPU, it can play every game on at least medium, most on high but soon it's gotta be changed to keep up. Don't worry, I'm sure dishing out £150 on a new graphics card in 1 or 2 years will be all you need to do for ages.
CPU is a beast, won't have to upgrade for a very long time, ram is great too. It's a great system overall.
