sure it's better than nothing but it's just paying a little amount to play older gen games, and not playing my old games on ps3/ps4. it's a service like purchasing older games on psn, just with streaming and maybe for way more games.
people who want to play these games have a great chance now, people who want to play their own old games are still f.....
and i'm not sure how these old games look without hd on nowadays big screens. or will they get an "automatically" push to hd res?
