Quite amusing to see a lot of people jumping on the "lazy, poor, don't care" bandwagon immediately. 
Wii U -/- necesarrily.
They're a small team, developing for 3 existing platforms is hard enough as it is, let alone adding a platform that isn't even out yet.
If they can, they will release it in due time.
